Can social emotional learning help me to be resilient?

The answer is YES!

SEL includes practical tools for healing, regulation & true empowerment.

  • Are you giving 100% to everyone else and getting little in return?
  • Would you like to feel more internal peace and added emotional strength?
  • How about experiencing stronger, lasting relationships?
  • Can you imagine what it would be like to be able to serve others from your abundance and not a deficit?

Building Resiliency Through a Trauma-Informed Lens

Master Course

Our CASEL-aligned online Master Course:

Coming from a place of authenticity and transparency, we will look at the neuroscience behind inner trauma. Students will learn the exact steps to work with emotions in the mind and body in order to regulate their nervous systems and heal ill child-hood attachment. Briefly touching on epigenetics, quantum physics, and neuroscience, students will also learn how to identify ancestral trauma through epigenetic patterns and ultimately how to tap into emotions to clear trauma out of the body.  Once self-aware, students will continue to learn about the attachment styles of others, which will help clarify which trauma responses are theirs and which belong to another person.  We will discuss how to set boundaries, learn to question limiting beliefs, and learn to identify the cognitive distortions that cause so much havoc in relationships.  We will also learn the art of healthy detachment, how to quiet the ego mind, and the life-changing science behind meditation and mindful breathing.  After becoming empowered with the tools of resilience,  students will finish this course by taking a 50-question course assessment on trauma.  Certificates of Completion are automatically generated upon passing the course assessment with 70% or higher. This course is designed to streamline your mental wellness and bring you happiness so you can give from abundance.  This 4.5-hour online course is self-paced.

My self-help book for teachers and anyone who serves:

Conscious Teacher: Healing Public Education From the Inside Out

This is my authentic story of change. No matter what system you work in, if you serve the public, you will take something away from my real and heart-based perspective. This book is a curation of science and step-by-step self-help. Applying the tools inside will help you build new neural structures for calm and streamline your resiliency so you can begin to give from a place of abundance.

Nice to meet you!

Resiliency is an important life skill and requires a special kind of training. It is only through healing ourselves that we are empowered to bring lasting change and peace to our world.

A MUST — For educators, first responders, and anyone looking for inspiration to improve their lives.

This information is an amazing asset for anyone looking to enhance their ability to make the most out of each day and become the best version of themselves. I have worked closely with the author, Leah Graham, as a high school English teacher, and I can confirm that she is as authentic and passionate as they come. Her personal journey, experience teaching and thorough research has allowed her to create something that is truly useful, inspirational, and easy to understand. With widespread practice, Leah’s ideas can help transform the fields of education, law enforcement, and other systems so in need of change!

Jessica Hicks, Educator, Houston

My ticket to balance!

With the chaotic norms of law enforcement, working extra jobs to make ends meet, and family obligations, I never imagined I could feel balance. However, I began to do the work, and implementing these concepts actually helped my relationships all around.
Five stars and two thumbs up!!

G. Brock, Deputy, Houston

Fantastic!

I agree with Leah that “we are capable of healing public education from the inside out,” and that we must change our current approach to do that. Graham shares even more deeply how to consciously, intentionally, align ourselves to better BE and DO what is needed to make positive and meaningful change.

Dr. Connie Stolworthy, Principal, Las Vegas

Required for anyone who works with children!

Leah Graham condenses complex subjects into something digestible and instantly useable. I appreciate and value her vulnerability in using personal anecdotes and first-hand experiences in learning how to heal personal and ancestral trauma, and learning how to un-learn various behavior traits that can be unhelpful. I truly feel her holistic approach to life could solve SO many problems we face, not just in Education (but perhaps especially so) but in any facet of life where we have relationships: marriages, parenting, coworkers, etc. While every concept she touches on may or may not resonate with you, there is SOMETHING in what she offers that can and WILL BE life-changing for anyone who partakes!

Wendy Gothard, Educator, Houston

A true lifesaver

Amazing! When going through a rough time with my son’s first semester in college, this was recommended to me. We practiced some of the exercises mentioned and it worked!!!!!. My son is going into his second year of college and still practices the methods. Thank you for creating something that actually helps!!! I’m forever grateful.

Kosha, Educator, Houston

This is SO necessary!

No matter what your current career role, these lessons in self-awareness and self-management will assist you in your daily service to others. Graham shares comprehensive practices for acute, lasting healing; the kind that begins to subconsciously and neurologically heal others as well. Thank you, Leah!
